I don't think there will be any restrictions accessing with vpn if it's not stated there so it is suppose to be an easy access and this shows that anyone can actually participate, do your country have concern with avatar that serious, you will find a way of solving that I love seasons like this because of the fact there a lot of contest so I don't even see the reason why the government will be concerned with something, for sure there will definitely be more contest this something we are certain about. Because you don't even know when you will be lucky to win, a try is not that bad, you might still get lucky at the end of the day.
