I have no response from them on 3 of my conversations, (basically the part I skipped uploading is a button where you click whats the topic of the live chat and I press Airdrop 2) and from what I recorded is straight me going to the question. As you can see on none of my conversations I've got a reply but the conversation was finished. They brutally ignore me
I see. I've heard enough from you for now. Perhaps the better approach right now will be to understand the mechanism behind SHFL AD2 and what things could void someone from being eligible. Perhaps it's just an oversight from their side and we can sort it out.
I'll try to reach someone from shuffle. In the meantime, please refrain from above suggestion, at least until I've exhausted my attempt and it bears no fruit. We contacting them simultaneously will just make things complicated.
