You can try to reach out to their support @support@freebitco.in and see if they respond. There have been a few complaints the last few months about the site and seems they handled some of them so someone is active on the site.

wetsuit the owner hasn't been active since Nov 2023 so messaging him will not do any good. Only option is try support IMO.

I've emailed the support team at this address, no response yet. They still haven't responded to me on a ticket from three months ago about a missing WOF.
