It is a nice attempt to quantify a variable of human tendency. Though I have good reasons to believe that time=money but never thought of this perspective. But it could easily be interpreted superficially that you need to wait to gamble again but this is specifically true for games with positive EV.

There is no perfect calculation or theory to qualify gambling, it is what it is. If you wait to gamble more today, you might regret it, but the same you might wait tomorrow and laugh at your winnings. Again, if you wait from now till next week, you might continue to lose if care is not taken, this is why gambling is a game of luck and the bitter truth is that no one controls this luck nor knows the very time it will shine on us. So we are all trying, which is the reason why we should take it gently and responsibly and rather have our plans with quality budget, management and discipline.
