I feel decision on buying a token or not is personal. Also, you need to understand that some of these tokens are global debut (meaning you cant find them in the market before listing on exchanges officially). I expect PENGU price to rise significantly because the trading volume still remains higher than the market cap which signifies a lot of investors are coming-in amidst other market sentiment. This is not a financial advice!. Also, investing a certain percentage of your portfolio is wise.
