This is more like an instruction on how to bring yourself to a situation of huge losses in gambling. I don't see at all how these things will help you draw any useful conclusions to avoid such losses in the future. Well, you will forget about the loss for a while, you will create artificial conditions for yourself to distract yourself. But there will be no long-term benefit from this.

Only #1 on which i do see for it to be free on which of course this could really ease out that disappointment without spending up money and i would be lying if masturbating wont really be removing out that kind of disappointment that you are experience on which of course not all will be having the mood specially when they do get pissed.

Loses are very common in gambling on which at the moment that you cant be able to control yourself on stopping then it will incur even more bigger losses and this is something that we dont really like to happen. This is why you should really be that careful.
