Because currently what Amorim has is him in the team. Therefore Bruno Fernandes is always given the trust to fill a position in the squad. For the short term, I am sure Amorim will get rid of players who do not contribute well, while he will retain those who have better performance in Amorim's plans and strategies. Bruno Fernandes is one of the players who will be retained because of his good performance.
It seems true, that United management will give Amorim more time to build his team. Therefore, I hope fans will also be patient with this process. Hopefully, Amorim will provide some answers in the winter and summer transfer market later.

The primary goal for Amorim is to sign a few good players in the January transfer window. Then I expect the team to move to a completely balanced squad structure in the summer. Right now, they will try to keep the players they can get the most out of. I am curious about their January transfers.
