as for extradition treaty.. singapore is her claimed nationality only allows extradition for crimes of more than 12 months.. so although there is a treaty, the possibility that a extradition would be granted if he done scummy things, would be low as his sentence is basically the cut off line. he would need to be found guilty of a new crime that adds more time to then trigger an acceptable extradition

the funniest thing about this latest contempt of court sentencing is that COPA offered to pay his plane flight to come back to the UK to be sentanced, because CSW claimed he does not have the financial means to afford his own travel arrangements back to the UK..
