In T20 format, it is not the number of runs, but the strike rate that matters. McSweeney made more runs when compared to Matt Renshaw, but in the end Renshaw ended up with a much better strike rate when compared to McSweeney. And that was one of the reasons why Brisbane Heat managed to win the match, at the last ball. Liam Scott did what he can and extended the match up to the very last ball. But the equation was not in his favor. He had the impossible task of defending 5 runs in the last over (he managed to get Xavier Bartlett out, BTW).

Definitely, in short format Strike rate plays a fabulous role in winning the game. Brisbane Heat needed 13 runs from 12 delivers to win and in 19th over they scored 8 runs and lost wicket of Prestwidge. in last over Brisbane Heat needed just 5 runs, Liam Scott tried best effort first ball dot and second ball took the wicket of Bartlett but after that swepsom give strike to McSweeney. in last ball swepson needs single to win game and they done it for Brisbane Heat. After this win Brisbane Heat moved to second position by winning all two games with 4 points on point table and Adelaide Striker down to fifth position after 2 loss with 2 points only on BBL pint table.
