So a google search of "coinbase contact us" brings up
support@coinbase.comBut when I try and send them an email i reiece the following message
Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to
support@coinbase.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
They have answered a similar case and I quote the following response:
We understand your concerns and it's completely normal to feel this way. Yes, it is standard for Coinbase to direct users to submit a request for support rather than directly emailing. This is done to ensure that your query is directed to the right department and handled efficiently.
Thank you for bringing this on board but I still fault Coinbase, companies should not do things like that, some people are not so creative in digging deeper to have detected many other means of contacting them.
If at all they do not want anyone to mail them through
support@coinbase.com, why still leave it active as their contact means on various articles and contact details written by them? They should remove it ASAP and stop feeding people with the wrong information.
