As you say, Leverkusen can only overtake Bayern Munich at the top of the league if they start to lose their games. Even if they haven't defeated Leverkusen or Dortmund this season, Bayern Munich is playing at their best. Bayer Leverkusen is still recovering from their worst form; they lost form due to the way they played last season, but they are returning to their greatest form, and they are presently four points behind Bayern Munich.

People stop rating Dortmund in the Bundesliga, in my opinion, since they have failed a lot.
