Don't waste your time by continuing the discussion with OP. He will never accept the things logically. He knows it very well that how the provably fair games work. Still, he keeps complaining about the fairness of the games after losing his bankroll with unexpected losing streak. I had left a feedback on his profile 3 years ago for this type of behaviour and illogical complaints. There are no changes in his behaviour yet, and he still acts like an immature gambler.

And I strongly assume from his reaction [and about it never being mentioned again] that the money finally went through, it's just one of those situation of a player being impatient. That's why OP refused to provide his UID so BC can check from their end, as it'll show that he has no case here.
