Hi, I confirm that we are currently experiencing some technical problem. All orders will be processed as soon as possible, our relevant team is working to solve the problem.

I hate to be someone who spreads FUD, but your website has had this technical problem for 20+ hours now and it still clearly says "All systems operational". This means for almost a day you have known that orders cannot be processed but not even attempted to warn people who have then gone on to send money to your service.

What is your excuse for this?

I know right my transaction has been on hold and it's quite large and they won't refund me, I don't know if it's a potential exit scam or what it's not FUD if they are actively holding users funds
