👍

Because their objective is to get the problem/issue resolved as quickly as possible, withdraw their Bitcoins/altcoins, and deposit then play again later with a smoother experience.

The trolls probably know that they have done something illegal and that they will never see their coins back in their wallets again. There's nothing else to do but to try to destroy the casino's reputation. Merely add them to your ignore list. Some of them are probably using two or more newbie/brand new accounts to pretend that they are different people.

Can't solve the problem immediately, if it is legitimate then the security department team will usually investigate and check for some time... If the allegations are legitimate then they will wait for further news.

That'a the point. Many of the real users who have an actual problem/issue with the casino will wait for the casino's security department to resolve the issue, although some of them are impatient/do complain and say that they are afraid that the casino might not return their money.

But that's the system we're currently in. We simply need to be patient.

But anyway, Merry Christmas Shuffle family!

Complaining is actually normal since somehow we cannot deny the fact that we will get frustrated or angry about the situation happened to us.

But if we know the casino is somehow reputable one and there are people helping them to possibly solve their issue then I guess those legitimate people encounter those issue will be wait for their issue to be solve.

Also base on my observation those people who complain and so aggressive are just a total troll. They accuse the casino without even presented a proof and usually we will just see them gone especially if they notice that no one believes on everything what they say.

There's a difference between complaining and trolling/destroying a casino's reputation. Plus if there are actual users in BitcoinTalk who actually have actual complaints, then they'll probably be posting them through their actual accounts because their reputations will help speed up for the casino to fix the issue.

I believe the newbie/brand new accounts that post complaints are NOT the actual users who are merely hiding behind an alt-account. They're behavior are that of a TROLL, not people that need help.
