It's ridiculous to depend on the government to do every thing for us, as if the government are not human beings like we all are..

If they government have the capacity to, they can actually control gambling even for adults, but the truth is that, they don't have that capacity, there are alot of other important things for them to give attention to, then give attention to gambling.

A good example will be the control of underage gambling, how good have the government done in this area of making sure that underaged individuals do not get themselves involved with or in gambling? Have they been effective in controlling this, the answer is no, as we have alot of underaged gamblers today, if they failed in this area, how much more when they have to control adults?
