I am sure they did not mind being contacted on their holiday when a matter such as this was the topic, they probably thanked you bringing it to their attention  Grin

It really must be stressful having to go through this during this time of the year therefore in order for BC Game to proceed with concluding the matter I hope the OP manages to send them a screenshot as soon as possible.

Yeah, as they explained above, which they also explained to me when I managed to get the attention and reply of one of my contact... and pull them from their holiday, LOL [I guess I'll have to apologize to them for disturbing their holiday after this case got resolved] OP simply perhaps misunderstood their instruction for proof of account ownership.

They require him to, well... proof the ownership, by providing a screenshot of deposit made to the account from the originating wallet, which, understandably, can only be done by someone who have their hand on the original device.
