Judging by their latest post, BC Game are waiting for you to provide them with evidence of your deposit from your wallet and they have sent an email to you requesting this too.
I only noticed this thread today and am glad to see progress is being made. Any prolonged period of waiting has to be distressful especially when money is involved but sometimes unexpected events can occur. Hopefully the matter will be resolved soon.
I was informed that this issue would be resolved or at least reviewed by Monday. It is now Thursday, and I have not received any further updates. I understand the holidays may have caused delays, but it has been three weeks. Could you please provide me with an update at your earliest convenience?
Yeah, as they explained above, which they also explained to me when I managed to get the attention and reply of one of my contact... and pull them from their holiday, LOL [I guess I'll have to apologize to them for disturbing their holiday after this case got resolved] OP simply perhaps misunderstood their instruction for proof of account ownership.
They require him to, well... proof the ownership, by providing a screenshot of deposit made to the account from the originating wallet, which, understandably, can only be done by someone who have their hand on the original device.
