Off course goverment knows exacly that higher taxes killing but keep going, perhaps we have reached to the point when something got be sacraficed in this case small company owners or self employers will take the hardest hit but some how some ways big corporations just keep earning and still pay little or no taxes.
It seems like they really want to kill economy perhaps it's time to let air out and pop the bubble to restart everything again from the down point seems like that's what the goverments are doing now.

The increase in tax rates is really annoying for most people who are still in the lower middle class and it is also still a hot topic in the country where I live right now. I can't even imagine what the fate of the little people in the economic sector will be like this year because the increase in tax rates is effective from today for luxury goods but it will definitely affect other basic goods as well. Service rates such as transportation services could also increase due to tax increases, so this will definitely be felt by small business owners this year.

In the current era taxes are essential because governments needs amounts to spend on welfare but having taxes in developed countries and developing countries are completely different with in developed countries we have too much talk and things which also helps peoples and give them good return of these taxes because they feel it's right of peoples to have better life and all other things which are related to peoples but in developing countries we have things which never helps them.

Just because of these peoples never understand importance of these taxes while we have dream life for corrupt bureaucrat and politicians with this money is also created huge gape between common peoples and them so usually when we have increase in taxes peoples feel not good about them.
