I myself started this challenge on 2/2/24 and hope to inspire other Bitcoiners to take this step to help build some muscle in the community.

My only real tips would be to not worry about trying to do 100 push-ups at once. Break them down into as small of sets as you need to keep from hurting yourself.

If 100 a day is too much, maybe try to start with whatever "K" the Bitcoin price is at and work your way up to 100 along with Bitcoin.

Please is £100K and not longer $100k and also this is first time you are reporting in this thread but your report is saying otherwise. You are already having 26 report and total no. of pushup to be 3340.so you need to correct this your report.
