Contact section says that someone will respond to inquiries within 12-48 hours, that is an awfully long time for someone who very likely has a transaction issue which they need sorted out quickly.
Also, you claim to not support ethereum yet, but when I click the drop down option to send, I am offered the option to send Ethereum. Does this mean you can receive eth and swap that for either BTC or XMR?
We are not major exchange like Binance so we do not have full support team available 24/7 unfortunately.
