Agbe what I have noticed with most reputable casinos in the forum is that, at first when there is a major concern such as a new ANN thread or when a casino has a particular issue that needs them to constantly engage with the community, you will see their forum representative being very active, but as soon as the most important questions get answered and players could find answers to their future problems from the feedbacks on the thread, it becomes easy for them to quickly look away from the thread and focus on the real business of operating the casino, so we shouldn't expect them to be all active when there is no need for them to be active unless if they want to share updates like contest and daily bonuses on the thread that keep the active sometimes.
Yes I understand but they still need to be active to update the thread and discuss with participants. And if they are busy with other things then they should appoint someone who is active in the forum to moderate the thread by updating, discussing and others. With that they can report complains from the thread to their channels and they return the complain to the complainers. If you are saying that we should not expect them to be active because of their business activities over the casino then what about the user who created the ANN thread?
