I use a lot of almond flour.

I can make an almond flour crust and eat a 12 inch personal pizza with zero issues.

The taste is good. I use tomato sauce and 3 or four cheeses to top it.

zero flour of any kind other than the almond flour.

the crust is a bit closer to a cracker texture than a standard flour thin crust it is also thin crust .

I'd love to use almond flour, as well as to eat food that contain almonds, but they give me heart arrythmia, slight dizziness and muscle weakness.
