There is regulation check for any payment platform which he need to be fully compliance to avoid any problems later in the future. If they don't give him a go ahead, he doesn't have choice than to wait especially how sneaky some countries are and advantageous with him been a wealthy person. In addition, I'm not sure if there is going to be Bitcoin, there might be other cross payment but if people are willing to undergo KYC, then Bitcoin will be allowed and it has to be fully custodial under X watch.

I just hope that people need to know that Elon Musk knows what he is doing. Everyone ones love Jeff Bezoz with his things and how he rose to wealthy rank but look at it today, even Microsoft lovers likes Bill gate until they no longer serve them again and they turn against him. Another person is under the ground building something unique that will take over, it's just a matter of time.

Doubt they will allow any memecoins such as Doge or Shib Inu to be part of the x payments if they want it to be taken seriously to be the next venmo for instance.
The only ones that I can think of that has a tested and solid infrastructure to do those kind of numbers and at lightning speed is Ripple and Stellar Lumens.
