I would not complain if there was a clear term that the raffle prizes will be for those who are out of the top 30 users. If players knew the raffle works like this, I am sure most participants who were finished on 11-30 positions would prefer to wager less because the prize is smaller than the raffle prize.
Yeah, it's all about transparency. The terms for the raffle draw wasn't clear there. The 11th and next few ranks users were obviously trying to secure a position at the top 10 in the initial stage of the race. There wasn't enough participants in this contest. Based on the points of 11th ranked users, he/she has wagered around $713 only. And the 30th ranked user has wagered only $118. So, they are obviously in profit with the prize which they got from the leaderboard normally. Perhaps, those users (11th to 30th rank) didn't even imagine that they will be in top 30 with such small wager.
