Unless the goal is to start a promotional campaign here it will be understood as a liquidity issue, after all 0.17811716 BTC is not a lot for an official company but it means a lot on the trust scale.

They are now a registered company in the Hong Kong offshore zone. I'm not sure how amenable it is to any legal process. Apart from one line that The change was entered in the registry, there is no more information. Any sue here seems like a waste of time and money.
Withdrawing funds from escrow doesn't seem like a step forward to establishing trust either.
