That's strange. Betting sites usually enforce the users to complete the KYC verification during withdrawal. But it was completely different in your case. I'm wondering what has triggered KYC verification on your account. I guess the delay is related to the difference of your physical location and identity documents address. Bitsler KYC verification has two different steps. Did they ask you to complete the 'proof of address' verification?
