Trading activities are very time consuming, especially if traders have to always monitor price movements and market conditions and I experienced this myself when trading in futures. The activity was really time-consuming because I needed to react at the right time to make a profit. The problem is that this activity is quite difficult to stop because of the desire to get more opportunities to make a profit, but in the end I realized that this had disturbed a lot of my sleep time which had actually reduced drastically.

If you want to go into crypto you have to very prepared because there a lot people that don't have time and they want to trade, you must be ready to give it your all because it will consume more time than planned and that is why you can not even have a actual time for trading the earlier this is properly understood the better and when you want to trade it will be better to do it during weekends so that you won't have any form of distraction and you have all the time to do what ever you want to do.

When you are into futures then there is a lot of work to be done because you would not want to risk anything when you are doing market chats by studying the charts because the chart is what is going to determine a lot of things or the entire situation because the moment your analysis fails, it will for sure affect your performance so we have to accept the fact that we need to learn. Because you won't be able to sleep well when you start trading because your mind will always be there.
