Any issues that is reported here can only be handled when the representative is active, and of course it is very important for them to still remain active since here is like their basic startup point.
I believe their representative will surely visit this thread one or twice in a week and handled the issues. Most of the casinos that have announcement threads here have active representatives and they surely handle each issue.
I suggested them to launch a review campaign to get some valuable feedback from the active members of the forum, but it seems that the representative didn't checked the posts and wasn't active at that time.
It's quite helpful to get some feedback from the valuable members of the forum as that type of feedback helps others to know about a platform very well. I hope that one day we might see a review campaign from Betpanda's side.
