We aim to respond once or twice a week, depending on how many questions has been presented, but we do keep an eye on the forum a bit more frequently than that.
And yes, we do read every post (even the mean ones Sad ), so ideas and suggestions are forwarded even if they wouldn’t be replied to immediately on the day here in the thread.

Thank you for responding to my question and also other people's questions, I like the way you responded to this even though you said to wait 2 weeks depending on how many questions but it is something good that you did.

Keep up the good work here, others will still be happy with you.

Just wanted to make a quick comeback to make a slight correction:

We aim to be active once or twice PER WEEK, not every other week. Or if things get really active, we will make time to reply every day if that is what is needed!

And I wasn't referring to any of the questions I replied to, the mean comments were a reference to when some individuals post negative things out of spite.

Of course if the negative feedback is justified, then fair is fair and we will see how we can fix the experience for them and others.  Smiley
The main focused is to keep answering questions and helping out people if they are that in urgent situations depending on how their request is, so being active at least 3-4 times in a week will also build more trust and increased the rate at which people uses the Betpanda.io. Most challenges why some casino's loses customers are poor communications, such as what is happening and if they don't get the attention required they feels otherwise, so to get the people's heart into the site then being actives should be one thing to do to retain most people, though we can say we have customer support on the site but people from this community values interacting with their representatives directly on this forum.
