Again people complain about Kompany and why he started working in Bayern Munich. We are sure that Kompany is still a young coach and maybe he should work much harder to be an experienced coach to be able to work in bigger teams. That's why we know Kompany starting working in Bayern Munich was not a good idea but don't forget that Kompany was not their first option. They had many other options but they didn't accept and in the end, Bayern Munich had to hire Kompany since Guardiola advised the Bayern Munich management to hire this coach he is not a bad coach and he had a good performance so far, at least he was much better than Tuchel.
Kompany is actually experienced, he isn't just a coach that has not been in the job for awhile, he only haven't head a big team such as Bayern Munich and so this one been his first time made it felt like he was not suited for the job but then so far he has been able to prove most persons wrong that he's going to be able to handle the job and get Bayern Munich back to been the dominant team in the Bundesliga.
