We aim to be active once or twice PER WEEK, not every other week. Or if things get really active, we will make time to reply every day if that is what is needed!
And I wasn't referring to any of the questions I replied to, the mean comments were a reference to when some individuals post negative things out of spite.
Good to see that you guys are planning to be active and keep an eye on the thread. Since you guys are spending money on promoting the website, it is good to plan to show some activity so players think that they will get answer promptly if they face any issues. If you notice any complaints from the players and do not address them promptly, that will create a bad impression on the forum. Another casino is known for its slow support (I don't want to mention their name here). The idea is to reply promptly.
