Thanks mate, yes I saw it when I was not logging in which but navigation bar does exist when I'm logging in (my bad not checking it by logging in before).
As far as I remember, navigation bar was visible on both situations (without and with login) but now it is visible only while we are logging in to our account.
I think better to make it visible in the main homepage on both situations so new players/new comers who visit the site for the first time will be easier to explore the site without an account.
