I completed the KYC process and
I completed the 90x bonus+deposit wagering requirements (I figured I might as well try since the money was lost anyway, if I didn't complete them). When I tried to withdraw, the system says I need to do KYC. I have e-mail confirmation that my account passed KYC and was verified. This is all documented in the screenshot linked below. This site is a full on scam site.

I saw that you have posted on their thread but I'll pm their representative just in case.
also, have you tried re-doing their KYC after receiving the KYC notification?
