Yeah you are right, pep guardiola will not even think about winning the premier league title this season because his still trying to recover, what he should focus on right now is to bring back his team to what they where before now, I don't think Manchester City will be able to win PSG but they have chance of winning club brugge, however if they develop more than there correct state then I believe they will see a draw with PSG but if they continue with this correct form I believe PSG will win them, I think PSG is taking this season champions League serious and they will do everything to go far in the competition.
Liverpool are still much in form and even if Manchester City comes back to there former state they will not lift the premier league title, Liverpool are playing very well and there point now is very good and Manchester City are far down the table in point, it was Chelsea I was even thinking will compete with Liverpool this season but they have fallen and I don't see arsenal competing with Liverpool this season, however I believe from next season Manchester city will come back to form, pep guardiola is a very good coach and will do everything possible to bring back his team, I believe he needs to buy some players to add up.
