Instead of contacting the customer support, I just created another account. Still, this is a small problem that Betpanda must solve, since there are many like me who often forgets their passwords. It's a good thing though that their customer support is there to guide their customers.
It's always better to read the terms and conditions of a casino before creating multiple accounts out there. There are some casinos that strictly prohibit creation of multiple accounts and if they find someone having multiple accounts then they might freeze funds of all those multiple accounts.
