Instead of contacting the customer support, I just created another account. Still, this is a small problem that Betpanda must solve, since there are many like me who often forgets their passwords. It's a good thing though that their customer support is there to guide their customers.

As long as the reset button is working, there shouldn’t be any major issues. Since you created a new account, do you think having two accounts on the same IP might cause a conflict? On the other hand, I would be suggesting they add a sign-up option via email. It’s more convenient since many casinos nowadays already allow login through email for easier access.
