As long as the reset button is working, there shouldn’t be any major issues. Since you created a new account, do you think having two accounts on the same IP might cause a conflict?
Most casinos do not care if the other account is inactive/dormant and you never made any transactions. But as a pre cautions, a player should contact support and ask them if it is okay to create another account because of the mentioned reason. Personally, I would do that because I do not want to get into trouble in the future where the money is involved. I do not make much, so, losing a couple of bucks is gonna hurt. I don't think casinos make trouble for a few dollars. But there are some casinos that can make trouble saying you had multiple accounts if you win a big amount.
Makes sense -- if you’re willing to accept potential problems in the future, then it’s fine. But for me, if I still have the account and can’t reset the password, I’d be a bit more patient. If the casino doesn’t respond, that’s already a red flag that they’re not trustworthy. In that case, there’s no reason to create another account and risk experiencing issues again. I’d rather look for a better, more reliable casino instead.
