He really deserves the award because he has made his club Nottingham Forest look impressive this season and achieved consecutive wins in December, achieving consecutive wins in the Premier League is not easy because the competition in the EPL is very tight while Liverpool who have collected more points they did not achieve consecutive wins like Nottingham Forest did so he should get appreciation for his hard work.

Since his return to the English Premier League, Nuno Espirito Santo have shown that class is permanent and would always make significant impact no matter the environment it finds itself. The former Wolves manager this season have helped Nottingham Forest become of the best clubs in the league. Who would believe that Nottingham Forest will be sitting in the top four by this time of the season? I guess nobody but Nuno Espirito Santo have made it possible with his incredible managerial abilities. No one else deserves the best manager award in the month of December than the Portuguese manager if you ask me
