That is true because we can lose our self control in gambling anytime so that is why we must be careful when playing gambling. We can not let ourselves gets deeper in gambling after we use gambling as an escape from the reality because that will makes us forget what we need to do. Gambling tempting people to stay for a long time by playing more gambling games so we will ignore the risk inside gambling and we lose our money.

If we are stress, we don't have to visit the casino instead just calm down ourselves by relaxing with other activities such as walking in our city or the best thing is just sleep. If we decide to playing gambling while we stress, that will makes us losing our self control and will frustrate if we lose for some money. We need to anticipate that for ourselves so we must know how to stay away from gambling and not use it as an escape.

Escaping from reality and only use gambling to forget what we face will not solve our problem because that can gives more problems than we thinks. When we want to playing gambling, we must make sure that we are in a normal condition and not thinks much about gambling so we can release our stress in busy day and enjoy the games. But we must know that playing gambling needs to have responsibility so we can use gambling to have fun while we have a spare time.
