Thank you for the speedy action to fix the bug, but what do you mean by "known" issue? Does that mean some users experiences this already in the way past before the platform's big update? Or it's just recently as reported here by the members?
By a known issue we've had it brought to our attention by players on here as well as by other players through Customer Support. We really appreciate the feedback and want you to keep letting us know if there's anything that would improve your experience on site.
