Agreed, the rich are intentionally not allowing the money to circulate among the society because they're hiding the secrets to wealth and barely allowing the opportunity to get to others. The cycle of the rich circulate the money between their personal cycle. They offer the high paying jobs to their friends and members of their inner cycle while the regular people fight for the remembering opportunity that aren't worth it most times.

This method of operating isn't going to stop hence we can't think of a time when the economy will become better rather it'll keep getting worse. The rich wants to get more richer hence they don't care much about the poor and how the economy is doing as they can always afford anything they want to get.

Some wealthy people tend to keep their wealth within their own circle. However, we also need to see that there are many different ways to create opportunities and distribute wealth. Perhaps the solution to this problem is to create a more equitable system by giving greater access to opportunities for everyone, not just those in certain positions.
