No need to regret it when you see the price of Bitcoin that is getting higher because you can immediately buy it when you have some money that you can use for it. And now you or anyone else is also not too late to continue making purchases on Bitcoin with their own money because from several cycles that I have seen, Bitcoin always increases by making a new ATH after a price correction in the market. So you don't need to have regrets about the price of Bitcoin because when someone can afford to buy the best asset like Bitcoin, they should be proud even though the amount may not be much because it depends on the level of each person's ability.

I understand how they feel since provably that they think its a waste of opportunity for missing out to buy Bitcoin before that's why he release these sentiments and confused about if he's late for buying Bitcoin now or not.

Actually if he act the same way back before and doubt to start provably this is the second time that he would say those statement especially if Bitcoin pumps again. So better he should erase those thought's about he is late to buy Bitcoin, but rather he should do some good action and start to accumulate now. The huge risk for upcoming dumps is for traders and for sure that they won't get any huge problem if they just decide to buy and hodl their Bitcoin for long time.
