Maybe you are a newbie rank that time. Sometimes newbies message are auto ignored on some users or they got an option to do that in the settings.
But since you posted here, maybe they try to look on your issue. Surely they will see this post of yours.
That's good to know, I remember sending a message as a newbie rank and it didn't even allow me to send a message. I'm going to hope for a reply this time in regards to the issue I have.
