It means that your transaction fee is very low for miners to add your transaction to the blockchain, and your transaction is still in the me mempool. If you transaction supports RBF, you should go and increase your transaction fee with the fee slider by adjusting it to the right. You can use https://mempool.space/ to check for the appropriate transaction fee to use.

Well I got it all wrong then.. so "Cancel (double-spend)"-increase fee and "OK" and that's it? What happens if I don't do that? It takes weeks / months to transfer?
