Well I believe west indies lineup hasn't potential to even scored 200 which we have already observed in thier previous innings so that's why I believe if Pakistan has able to take a lead of around 250 or something around it then it will be fair enough for them to defend because thier spin duo noman and sajid are already on fire and took already decent number of wickets. So currently looking to situation things are already favoring Pakistan but if thier bowling continue such kind of ordinary performance.
Now Pakistan has still handsome number of wickets in hand so they just have to maintain their innings as long as possible so that west indies get a very minor margin to get dominance

Yes I agree with you. But sometimes strange things happen. When we expect West Indies to be limited to 250 but later they may be seen scoring 400+. Though it is very hard in this pitch. This is what has been happening in recent Test series. If the performance is like the first innings then it will definitely be difficult to score 250 runs there. West Indies have shown weakness in spin and that is why Pakistan will want to beat them with spin.

Pakistan has managed to score 103 runs for the loss of 3 wickets. Hopefully they will be able to establish a big lead with the remaining wickets. I believe Pakistan will be able to score more runs in the second innings than in the first.
