I have got a responsible gaming issue on casinopunkz.io. I requested a exclusion forever because of the reason gambling addiction. I had already a support conversation where a refund was stated. I should login account for withdraw. My account was unlocked for that action. But there was no balance. As I contacted the support again it was said that no refund will be done.
Can you provide the conversation with the support where it is stated that you will get a refund and the other conversation where the support said the opposite?
My other question, what did you answer on the last conversation when they said that there will be no refund? Logically you would have complained about it because you think that you will get it based on the first conversation.
Frankly speaking, this is the first time I hear a casino give a refund when a gambler ask for permanent self exclusion, so the first thing comes to mind is that there was a miscommunication in the first conversation.
