I have got a responsible gaming issue on casinopunkz.io. I requested a exclusion forever because of the reason gambling addiction. I had already a support conversation where a refund was stated. I should login account for withdraw. My account was unlocked for that action. But there was no balance. As I contacted the support again it was said that no refund will be done.
Please help me with my case.

Don't know if there's certain law like that which allow you to request a refund from the casino after you lose your money there.
Also that's so childish attitude of yours thinking about you get a refund from them since I think its not possible to request that and you can't force a casino to refund your losses.
I remember someone created a thread asking for refund on Stake
