Unemployment is at a widespread rate but then the youths of this age have made themselves unfit for the task at hand so how would there be an opportunity for them and again joblessness us not found in all of the countries like you have just said and talking about skills, it's easily said than done because this generation of youths don't plan to acquire or learn a skill, they want to make it so fast forgetting that everything it's sure a gradual process, and you must go through it all, so the negligence to involvement has made the youths jobless thereby creating some repulsive attitudes they posses in the society.

It's easy to throw blame to the youths when in fact necessary modalities that should ensure the smooth running of any sane society has been neglected. Many youths of today are eager and ready, many equipped and prepared, many are sound with the adequate skillset but are left stranded with no avenue to prove themselves. Entrepreneurship is the other of the day with the youths because of the lack of jobs. Many persons have their certifications in various levels but no employment. Its no doubt that some bad eggs will always want the easy way out but dumping all the blame on the youths is definitely not the right path.
