Look at CPD (estimated chains per day). When you press "s" you can see the progress and how many 4- 7- 8- 9- 10- 11- 12- chains you found.

Are this stats okay for 3xR9 280x and 1x7970?If not any tips to improve them?Can XMP miner be bottlenecked by my processor (AMD Sempron 145)?

I get 1.6 CPD with a r9 280x and 1 CPD with a r9 270x. Your CPU should not be loaded more than 80%.
I'm also new to this GPU miner and didn't try many settings yet. currently I run it in standard mode.
