It's very bad. They are basically stealing privacy from us. Basically they are telling us that if we want to use cryptos, it should be as informative for them as bank transactions are but bank transactions aren't public and crypto transactions are on blockchain.
One good solution is that once you withdraw to self-custody wallet, you can do whatever you want and there is no one to stop you but I'm afraid they'll monitor every wallet address where we withdraw coins.

I can't agree with you about that because this regulation alone isn't really enough to make me leave EU, there are many good things that make it worthy to stay here but overall, I really think about moving to the USA because in Europe you are very limited in terms of growing your salary or starting a business (depends on the country though).

Yes, the EU is really making it very hard for businesses to grow. Europe doesn't have Facebook, Netflix, Microsoft, Google while in reality, today, these businesses mean a lot and it's very possible for EU to have this kind of businesses but they don't care.
